Turquoise Tailoring is a resume optimization tool that uses artificial intelligence to tailor your resume to specific job postings. The Service includes:
You must create an account to use the Service. Each tailoring operation requires credits, which can be purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including your resume, job descriptions, and tailored outputs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not store your resume files or job descriptions after processing is complete. Tailored outputs may be temporarily stored to enable download and review during your session.

The Service uses AI to generate tailored resume content. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate phrasing. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it. The Service does not guarantee that tailored resumes will result in interviews or employment.
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including AI service providers, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and payment processing via Stripe. Your resume content and job descriptions are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not store your payment card details.
We require our service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to not use your data for model training or other purposes unrelated to providing our Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: inaccurate AI-generated content, job application outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
